- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
