Garlic Bread Rolls

Delicious garlic bread rolls that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and half of the melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces. Shape into rolls.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let rise again.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Mix remaining melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush on top of rolls.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a cheesy version, add shredded cheese inside the rolls before baking.
