  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can beef broth (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they are browned.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles.
