Hot Italian Sub Sliders

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, warm the chicken ham briefly.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and provolone cheese on the buns.
  6. Spread marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with the top halves of the buns and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some sliced olives or banana peppers.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
