Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, Italian herbs, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and knead again briefly.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf in a greased bread pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
