Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious chicken meatloaf infused with garlic and Parmesan, wrapped in crispy turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
