  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the koftas and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into oblong patties or skewers.
  4. Grill the koftas for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  5. For the tahini yogurt sauce, mix tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Serve koftas warm with tahini yogurt sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the mixture sit for 30 minutes before grilling.
