  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and fill each muffin cup about halfway.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Remove brownie cups from the oven and let them cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, add a dollop of the cheesecake mixture on top of each brownie cup.
