  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu for 20 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Coat the tofu with cornstarch.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu.
