  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add vanilla extract and marshmallow fluff; mix until combined.
  7. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture carefully.
  9. Spread the filling over the cooled crust.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
