  • 3 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place beef short ribs in a baking dish and cover with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate the beef overnight.
  • Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
