- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, eggs, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the ziti, followed by half of the meat sauce, and half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
