  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook onions and celery until soft.
  3. Add the flour, stirring until mixed, then gradually add chicken broth and milk, continuing to stir until thickened.
  4. Stir in chicken, turkey bacon, and mixed vegetables, then season with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles to fit your muffin tin.
  6. Fill each pie crust with the chicken mixture.
  7. Top with another pie crust circle and seal the edges.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
