  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chopped turkey bacon to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
