  • 1 pound ground turkey sausage
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey sausage and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the sausage mixture, followed by Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
