- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken ham, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve each bowl with a dollop of ricotta and sprinkle with mozzarella. Crumble the turkey bacon on top.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
