  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place chicken in the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce together.
