Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine noodles, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots.
  2. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in green onions before serving.
