- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and sear it for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking dish, pour the remaining marinade over it, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
