Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake

A delicious and healthy twist on traditional pizza using cottage cheese.

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until well mixed.
