Potsticker Soup

Warm and comforting, this potsticker soup combines the flavors of traditional potstickers with a hearty broth, featuring turkey bacon for an added twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen potstickers
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add green onions and garlic to the pot, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the frozen potstickers and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the bok choy, soy sauce, and sesame oil, cooking until the bok choy is tender.
  6. Serve hot, topping each bowl with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For added spice, include a few drops of chili oil.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with traditional bacon for a richer flavor.
