  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the mustard mixture, then in the crushed pretzels to coat.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
