- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
