A delightful twist on the classic Ruth’s Chris stuffed chicken featuring juicy turkey and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
