- 1 pound sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 ounces frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, cream cheese, shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
