Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

A hearty breakfast casserole featuring sausage, eggs, cream cheese, and crispy hashbrowns.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, cream cheese, shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
  • Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
