- 1 pound hashbrowns
- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned, then drain.
