Delicious sausage rolls made with a blend of beef and turkey bacon, perfect for any gathering or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto one side of each rectangle.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • These sausage rolls are customizable; feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the filling.
  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
