  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place the filling in the center of each rectangle.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
