  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Then add crab meat, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, seafood mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
