- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, cooked and flaked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Then add crab meat, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, seafood mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
