  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on a sheet pan and roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
