Shrimp Crab Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, crab, ricotta, parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer noodles, seafood mixture, mozzarella, and marinara sauce, repeating until ingredients are used.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Letting the lasagna sit allows the flavors to meld.
  • Add more cheese on top for a cheesier lasagna.
