  • 12 ounces pasta (such as linguine or fettuccine)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then add the white wine and lemon juice.
  5. Stir in the red pepper flakes and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Combine the shrimp mixture with the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
