- 4 pounds whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.)
