  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over it.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest before carving.
