  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until lightly toasted.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, and chives until smooth.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the herb cream cheese on each crostini.
  5. Top each crostini with a slice of smoked salmon and a few capers.
