Smoked Salmon Appetizer

A quick and delicious smoked salmon appetizer wrapped in turkey bacon, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon capers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread cream cheese on each slice of smoked salmon.
  3. Sprinkle dill and capers on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Wrap a slice of turkey bacon around each prepared salmon slice.
  5. Place the wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
