Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with the cooked noodles and frozen peas.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
