  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the bacon drippings, brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well.
