8 ounces spaghetti
1 pound flank steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
