Spicy Maple Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the maple sauce over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
