- 2 cups potato noodles
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
