- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, shredded
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and transfer it to a baking dish.
