Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake

A delicious and fun way to enjoy sushi at home with a family-friendly twist.

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and transfer it to a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
  4. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with shredded nori and diced cucumber before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
