Starbucks Copycat Banana Nut Bread

A delicious copycat recipe of Starbucks’ beloved Banana Nut Bread, perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Add in the baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  5. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Finally, add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
