- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Add in the baking soda and salt, and mix well.
- Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Finally, add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.

- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
