Steak and Potatoes Skillet

A delicious and quick recipe for a steak and potatoes skillet that satisfies comfort food cravings.

  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the steak strips to the other side. Cook steak for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Combine steak and potatoes, stir to mix well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
