Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

A delicious blend of sticky garlic chicken with flavorful noodles, perfect for a quick and indulgent meal.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the skillet; stir until sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
