Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs

A delicious and indulgent appetizer that will impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic, green onions, paprika, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
