  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and taco seasoning. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup.
  5. Fill each cup with the turkey mixture and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the wontons are golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
