Takeout Thai Drunken Noodles

Enjoy a delicious and easy-to-make version of Thai Drunken Noodles with a twist of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the skillet, then sauté garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, and turkey bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey bacon with tofu or mushrooms.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
