  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
