  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit until frothy.
  2. Mix in eggs, melted butter, and salt.
  3. Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
  10. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for the frosting and spread over warm rolls.
