  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the chicken ham, onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
  4. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and cooked bacon to the pot. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve over rice.
